posted on August 20, 2015 / 0 Comments

This week I’ve had a lot of discussions with people about Mastermind Groups. I just attended my monthly mastermind meeting at the Tapestry Network and I am still amazed at how powerful this tool really is with regards to helping an entrepreneur work ON their business. All large corporations have a Board of Directors to be sure the company stays true to their mission, hit their numbers and fulfill their responsibility to stockholders. Success Requires the Proper Tools

posted on April 12, 2013 / 3 Comments

I learned an important lesson this week and it came in the most unexpected way. My 21 year old daughter and I decided to go to "Ladies Night" at the Firing Range. This event is designed to teach women about gun safety and it provides an opportunity to fire several types of firearms so you can determine the caliber and type that best fits your grip and body frame. During the firing portion of the class we started out shooting a 22 caliber revolver and my daughter barely had the strength to pull the trigger. She had to use two fingers …

But, nonetheless, I understand the impact is important becaue the lives of those I touch, those I lead, will be forever changed because of our encounter. People within your sphere of influence are watching your every move. They are learning from you, being changed by …
